Cigna. Remember that each plan is
unique, and a small co-pay may be
required, depending on your individual
plan.
We also provide the option to pay cash. Our cash pricing is as follows: $200 for a new evaluation $100 for follow up treatment. We are here to meet your needs and help you in any way we can.
